Administrative Assistant

Amy began her career with the City of Mountain Brook in 1995.  Her career path has allowed her to serve as an Administrative Assistant with the Fire Department and Human Resources Manager in the City’s Finance Department.   After retiring in 2020, she returned to the Fire Department to provide administrative services to the Administrative Staff and Firefighters affectionately known as “The Guys.”

Amy received her Associate Degree in Administrative Management Studies from Excelsior College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University.  

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and advocating/sharing resources for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.
