SPECIAL NEEDS ALERT PROGRAM
We at the Mountain Brook Police Department are excited to announce our new initiative, the Special Needs Alert Program, or SNAP. Parents or caregivers of a special needs individual are asked to fill out the SNAP Registration Form and email it to thomasm [at] mtnbrook.org (thomasm[at]mtnbrook[dot]org) with an updated photograph of the registrant. There is no age limit, or particular medical condition required to participate in the program. SNAP will allow us to better serve all of our Mountain Brook residents should an emergency arise!
The registration form can be found below!
