Lawn Equipment Operating Times

The following acts or noises are declared to be in violation of Ordinance No. 1906:

The operating, or permitting the operation, of any mechanically powered lawn equipment for commercial purposes within a Residential district, between the hours of 6:00 pm and 7:00 am weekdays (8 am weekends).  Lawn equipment includes, but is not limited to, leaf blowers, lawnmowers, tractors, stump grinders, chippers, string trimmers, clippers, edgers and any other mechanically powered garden tools, blowers or devices.
