Commissioner Steve Ammons Pledges $20,000 for City High School Athletic Complex Improvements

Jefferson County Commissioner, Steve Ammons, pledges $20,000 for improvements at the City’s athletic complex at the High School Campus for restroom renovations, batting cage covers and new playground equipment.

Commissioner Ammons, along with Mayor Stewart Welch, Council Member Phil Black, a commercial architect, and Council President Virginia Smith, liaison to the Park & Recreation Board, are discussing the use of these county funds for improvements.
