  1. Approval of Minutes:  June 19, 2017 and July 17, 2017
  2. Request for Extension
    Case A-17-13:  Chuck & Elisabeth Branch, owners, request variances from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow additions to an existing single family dwelling to be 15 feet from the rear property line (northeast) and 28 feet from the primary front property line (Randolph Road), both in lieu of the required 40 feet.  - 37 Randolph Road
  3. Request for Extension
    Case A-17-14:  Overton Village Condos, LLC, owner, requests a variance from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow the construction of stacked flats (multi-family dwellings) to be 53 feet and 19 feet from the front property line (Fairhaven Drive), east and west side of the street, respectively; both in lieu of the requirement to be between 22 feet and 26 feet from the front property line. - 3789 and 3790 Fairhaven Drive

Case A-17-36 (includes previously approved elevations from 2007):  Overton Village Condos, LLC, owner, requests variances from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow stacked flats (multi-family dwellings), the north end of which is proposed to be up to 41 feet in height (to the eave of the roof) above the proposed sidewalk grade in lieu of the allowable 36 feet, with an overall height of up to 51 feet (at the ridge of the roof) above the proposed sidewalk grade in lieu of the allowable 46 feet.- 3790 Fairhaven Drive.
