  1. Approval of Minutes:   February 21, 2017
  2. Case A-17-02:  Elizabeth-Anne Ronk, owner, requests a variance from the terms of the
    Zoning Regulations to allow a detached accessory building to be 8 feet from the side property line (north) in lieu of the required 15 feet. 3808 Buckingham Place.
    (Carry Over from January 17 and February 20, 2017)
  3. Case A-17-08:  Kathryn Trotter, owner, requests variances from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow additions and alterations to an existing detached accessory building to be 0.1 foot from the side property line (east) and 4.5 feet from the rear property line (north), both in lieu of the required 10 feet.  - 906 Crestview Drive.
  4. Case A-17-09:  George Ladd, Ladd Real Estate, owner, requests a variance from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow the construction of a new elevator shaft and lobby to be 20 feet from the front property line (Office Park Circle) in lieu of the required 40 feet. - 2 Office Park Circle
  5. Case A-17-10:  Scott Sanfratel, owner, requests a variance from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow an addition to an existing single family dwelling to be 28.1 feet from the rear property line (south) in lieu of the required 40 feet.  - 2717 Mount Royal Circle.
  6. Case A-17-11:  Luke & Anna Evans, owners, request a variance from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling to match the existing side building line, 1.8 feet from the side property line (north) in lieu of the required 8 feet.  128 Elm Street.
  7. Case A-17-12:  Marshall & Melissa Wood, owners, request a variances from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow an addition to an existing single family dwelling to be 17.5 feet from the rear property line (south), in lieu of the required 35 feet. - 913 Crestview Drive.
  8. Case A-17-13:  Chuck & Elisabeth Branch, owners, request variances from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow additions to an existing single family dwelling to be 15 feet from the rear property line (northeast) and 28 feet from the primary front property line (Randolph Road), both in lieu of the required 40 feet.  - 37 Randolph Road.
  9. Case A-17-14:  Overton Village Condos, LLC, owner requests a variance from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow the construction of stacked flats (multi-family dwellings) to be 53 feet and 19 feet from the front property line (Fairhaven Drive), east and west side of the street, respectively; both in lieu of the requirement to be between 22 feet and 26 feet from the front property line. - 3789 and 3790 Fairhaven Drive.
  10. Case A-17-15:  Davies & Jennifer Hood, owners, request a variance from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow a second floor addition to match the existing first floor building line, to be 9.5 feet from the side property line (north) in lieu of the required 10 feet. - 124 Main Street.
  11. Case A-17-16:  Martine Sebbag owner, requests a variance from the terms of the Zoning Regulations to allow an addition to the entrance of a commercial space, which will increase the lot coverage from 91.1% to 94.2%, where the maximum allowable is 90%.  - 2810 Petticoat Lane.

NOTICE

Any variance which is granted today expires and becomes null and void six months from today unless construction is begun in less than six months from today on the project for which the variance is granted. If construction will not be started within six months from today, the applicant may come back in five months and ask for a six-months extension, which the Board normally grants.

Any variance which is granted, regardless of the generality of the language of the motion granting the variance, must be construed in connection with, and limited by, the request of the applicant, including all diagrams, plats, pictures and surveys submitted to this Board before and during the public hearing on the variance application.
