- Case P-17-04: Request to rezone parcels of land in the City of Mountain Brook and in Jefferson County from Res-A and R-1, respectively, to Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a commercial development (in conjunction with annexation of the County portion of the site into the City of Mountain Brook). – 2908 Pump House Road. (Carry over from May 1, 2017)
- Case P-17-08: Request for approval of an amended development plan (from office use to mixed use consisting of an office and 3 townhomes) for property located in the Vine Street Transitional District. - 30 Dexter Avenue.
- Consider an amendment to Article XII (Local Business District) Section 129-192 (Permitted Uses) of the zoning code to include clinics as an allowable conditional use.
