Administrative Division

The Administrative Division , ( Ronald Vaughn, Public Works Director; Steven Gay, Assistant Public Works Director; Donna Blackman, Administrative Assistant; and Misty DeRamus, Sr. Stores Clerk), strategically plans the operation of the department by providing leadership, training, and assigning and reviewing projects. This division administers contracts entered into with the city.  It has the responsibility of preparing the annual budget, bid specifications for equipment, purchasing goods and services, and preparing the departmentís payroll and other Human Resource matters.  Additionally, the administrative division works with the citizens and merchants of Mountain Brook in resolving conflicts and securing some services.
